EXERCISES THAT ARE EASIER AND MORE EFFECTIVE

Hate running, crunching and squatting? Not a problem. All of us wants to get fit and be on shape, but not all of us wants to get tied to a gym or to exercise.

There are plenty of exercises that most people didn't noticed they were already doing. Our daily activities has a lot of exercises.

  1. Walking (30 mins. Brisk Walking or 50 mins. Slow Walking) - it doesn't matter if you are a busy person or just enjoying the view. Walking is the simplest way of exercise. You can even enjoy it with your friends or with your pet. A natures view or an ambiance of a park or a sunset will add a relaxing mood.
  2. Stairs - climbing up and down the stairs is an exercise you won't notice you are having an exercise.
  3. Boating / Rowing - a simple swing of your arm on the paddle exercises your arms. Make your boating romantic together with your love ones.
  4. Jumping Rope -  you can have exercise while baby sitting. Inviting the kids to play jumping rope will put you on exercise while looking after your kids.
  5. Dancing / Ballroom - with the modern grooves, you can have your exercise by dancing.
  6. Gardening - lifting and relocating pots will put you to exercise your spinal, arms and legs.
  7. Cleaning the house - not only you keep your house clean, you also cleanse your boy as you sweat while cleaning. 
Mixed with eating natural foods and you'll be in fit and healthy shape.
